You can see celebrity chef cooking demonstrations, a live Gourmet Garden food bloggers cook off, get your book signed by a celebrity chef and particpate in the Bertolli olive oil tasting sessions.

We will be cooking up LOADS of delicious dishes, including Tom kha with prawn and chicken dumplings, Open lasagne with poached salmon and lemon ricotta, Beef massaman curry, Papparedelle with oxtail ragout, Seafood saffron pie, Agnolotti with pumpkin sauce, Tempura Salmon, Spaghetti aglio olio, and Bbq lamb rump.
