Recipe: Morcilla stuffed Capsicums

Morcilla is the Spanish version of black pudding. The blood is thickened with rice, rather than bed or cereal, giving it a smoother texture than its northern European counterpart. It also has stronger spicing, with plenty of nutmeg flavours coming through.
